About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Came as advertised but the product was a little scratched on arrival. Not enough to need to return it, but not ideal. Not at all easy to put together, instructions very hard to follow and bolts etc. supplied are not great for the job. Great concept, but not great value for the price paid.”

“The sign holders are lovely, arrived before the due date, are very stable and look amazing in our outdoor seating. However, one hour of light drizzle was enough to start degradation as they literally started to crumble on the edges. We've had them for just a few weeks but they already look old and tatty. Lovely for indoor, no good outdoor.”

“Plastic poster protector was scratched and very dirty initially. However once I gave it a clean it looked fantastic so overall fairly decent value for money.”

“Prompt delivery of items but postage and handling was seriously over priced at £6.25 for such a small envelope. Off putting when you want to purchase initial samples. Actual sign holders were only 65p each!”

“Machine is good. Well made. However it isn’t marked as automatic and that confuses the customers. Customer services was woeful when I contacted them. So good if not very clear machine and useless “customer service” which amounted to sort it yourself….”

Thank you for your feedback David, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with our customer service. Our sanitiser dispensers have 'automatic' written on the front of them along with a graphic. I have tried to get in touch with you without success, to confirm this is the case with yours also.

“Great service, but I have had about 10 emails. Order has been received, Order has be placed, order has been dispatched, order will be there tomorrow, order will be with you today, order has been delivered, can you review!! lol Great to have confirmation but bit too many emails for my likening.”

“Review 2, 2 of the 3 frames initially forwarded were silver not black that were ordered although, getting them exchanged was fairly straight forwarded once they replied to my email. Review update. 2 black replacement frames have been delivered one found damaged, appears damaged in transit as it was not well packaged.”

“I bought two frames and there are problems with both. On the first, there is a large gap (5-8mm) between the mitre of the long and short edges when they are snapped closed. On the second, the perspex cover has damage to one of the corners. It is not visible when the frame is closed but is very prevalent when opened. Overall it just looks poor when compared to the 27x40 frame, which I bought from yourself earlier this year.”

“Thie item was a hanging virus screen for our shop, we found the ordering process quick and simple, delivery arrived as promised. Unfortunately the screen was marked and dented in a few places, we needed to hang it over our counter asap, so didn’t have time to return it or make a complaint. In normal circumstances I would have returned the item..”

“I ordered them. The were delivered. Despite the box having a big hole in the side, the goods were correct and in good condition. I haven't used them yet. What more can I say.”

“Order placed 30th July and payment taken same day. I rang around 10 days later as I had not received the order only to be told eventually a part was out of stock. Strange as what I bought were 12 t-pot fixings with the A4 frames as they come as a set. So nothing that could be short- as they come as a set... Would have nice to have been informed of this ‘shortage’ which makes me think my order may have been forgotten about. Order received 24th August. Good product, delivery very slow!”

We agree this order took much longer to deliver than usual and we apologise for that. Unexpectedly we couldn't get hold of the special nylon washers used in this product from our normal supplier. We should have kept you informed while we resolved this - sorry about that!

“I am really happy with the service I received from you and the product but all of your good work is completely undone by opting to use the worst courier service in existence ‘Parcelforce’. They sent me a text saying the parcel ‘should’ arrive between 9:30-10:30am. It arrived at 2:30pm leaving me waiting round half the day.”

“Comparing the cost to others online I thought I was buying a pack of 4 fixings. I can't believe I only ordered 1 and paid over £3 for delivery. Now I have to start again and pay for another delivery!”
