“The frame was perfect for holding a Quad film poster and now looks very good on my wall. But you really need to include some basic instructions for how to open a snap frame (for snap frame innocents like me). I spent a long time trying to work out how to open it and get my poster in, terrified of breaking it in my failed efforts. if you know what to do, it’s obvious. If you don’t, it’s a real mystery. My other suggestion is that you include a simple paper printed drill template the length of the frame to help positioning and to determine where the wall screws / holes will go. This would have save an unnecessary extra task.”
