About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“The return policy that they have is not accurate as in the UK our post is the best I emailed them I said to them that I want to return my staff they said that I need to pay it to them I did by first class their excuses is that they did not receive it I am 100% sure that they received however they are not bothered to look to my item”

Hi Dana, Thank you for your review. As previously discussed we have searched the building for your return but unfortunately, we have not received it. We always recommend customers use a tracked delivery on returns to guarantee we receive them, the service you used was just standard post.

“Very poor customer service . I pay extra for next day delivery . 4 days later my parcel still wasn't delivered. After week my money still its not refund nobody wants reply on my email.”

“I ordered x4 V desk signs which I use in rental apartment in Spain to show the WiFi password etc. Was flying out on the Friday morning so needed them delivered no later than Thursday. Ordered late on Monday with Express/next day delivery expecting them to arrive Wednesday. Nothing arrived Wednesday or Thursday. So no idea where they are. Order #059607”

I totally understand your frustration! All I can find out today (Sunday) is that the parcel was despatched last Tuesday on a next day service via DPD who are normally very reliable. Unfortunately we won't be able to find out what went wrong or find a solution until after the bank holiday. We'll get in touch with you. Meanwhile our apologies.

“I placed my ordered that showed was in stock, then to be told it was out of stock, ordered on the 15th still no refund now the 20th "disappointing" "waste of time" no apology just told to wait till Friday!!”

When you told us you had ordered the wrong size poster protectors we agreed to take them back. However you returned them wrapped in gaffer tape directly onto the product, leaving a sticky residue which makes then impossible to resell (see image). We did explain before you left this review this was the reason we are unable to refund your returned goods on this occasion.

“These are brilliant. Got quite a few grid ceilings in my school, and with the staff hanging things from the grids, quite a few tiles got damaged. Since we've been using these clips, there has been no damage. Pity you don't make one for 15mm grids.”

“Its too small, on the the illustration photo it looks much bigger, it's only suitable for wire not much thicker than cotton thread, I wanted it for my washing line, so it's no good.”

As stated in the product description the Urban Trapeze is suitable for wires up to 1.5mm diam which is much thicker than cotton thread but definitely not intended for washing line.
