“Delivery very prompt. Three units were damaged. I emailed to say units were damaged and was asked to send a photo of damaged units. I emailed back to say I could not do that as I do not have a smart phone. Still waiting to hear 5 days later”

“Was assured we would get out products by Tuesday but they went missing in the warehouse and no one told us. Only when I called on Wednesday was I told I would get it on Thursday. The two day delay negatively impacted a whole organisation's event and put me under a lot of duress.”

“The item was delivered very quickly and I was kept informed of progress with the order, but the A3 floor stand with heavy base was poor quality and very flimsy.”

“Delivery by parcel force is not good for the price I get a message just before they are delivering so I missed the first delivery then I waited in the next day withoutaby messages Royal Mail would have be much more suitable. The items were ok a bit plastic for 20 pounds not good value”

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I agree, the combination you purchased could have been posted. I have now fine tuned the formula programmed into our website checkout to address this specific issue. We propose to refund you the difference between our postal and courier shipping rates. Sorry there was a problem. As notified to Ann-Kathryn we immediately resent a complete replacement literature stand on Friday. We said it would be delivered today (Monday) and we have confirmed that it is out for delivery, so you should have it imminently.

“No problems with service; however, thought the sign holders were waterproof and ok for outdoor use. Not the case as have no front screen!”

These plastic slot in frames are intended to be used outdoors with a laminated print. We can supply optional clear plastic cover sheets but they won't make the frame waterproof. Laminating (encapsulating) the paper is the answer. I hope that helps.

“Had to ring up to chase my order, spoke to a lady who confirmed that there was an issue and the order will be sent out tonight. Order arrived the next day. What would have happened if I did not call??”

“The order arrived and one of the stands was broken and the illumigraph does not work. I am not overly upset about this because things happen. However, I wrote two emails regarding this and have not had a response. Poor customer service.”
