About Sign-Holders by Green Magic:

In 2020 Green Magic celebrates its 25th Birthday. Their Sign-Holders.co.uk online shop was established in 2007. Many years of experience are therefore at customers' disposal.

Over the past 25 years the business has grown to encompass display solutions for many sectors including retail, education, healthcare and hospitality.
Customers include hundreds of colleges and universities, major hotels and leisure groups as well as retailers ranging from High Street stores to garden centres (which is where it all began).

The business operates from 3 modern warehouse units on a business park in rural Hampshire supplying businesses of all sizes as well as private individuals.

Green Magic Co is family owned and run, with 3 generations actively involved in the day-to-day management of the business.

As an online business with secure bricks and mortar foundations the company remains committed to its customers, with new product launches and more innovative products in the pipeline.

“Delivery very prompt. Three units were damaged. I emailed to say units were damaged and was asked to send a photo of damaged units. I emailed back to say I could not do that as I do not have a smart phone. Still waiting to hear 5 days later”

“Was assured we would get out products by Tuesday but they went missing in the warehouse and no one told us. Only when I called on Wednesday was I told I would get it on Thursday. The two day delay negatively impacted a whole organisation's event and put me under a lot of duress.”

“The item was delivered very quickly and I was kept informed of progress with the order, but the A3 floor stand with heavy base was poor quality and very flimsy.”

“Delivery by parcel force is not good for the price I get a message just before they are delivering so I missed the first delivery then I waited in the next day withoutaby messages Royal Mail would have be much more suitable. The items were ok a bit plastic for 20 pounds not good value”

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I agree, the combination you purchased could have been posted. I have now fine tuned the formula programmed into our website checkout to address this specific issue. We propose to refund you the difference between our postal and courier shipping rates. We hope you will find this acceptable..

Sorry there was a problem. As notified to Ann-Kathryn we immediately resent a complete replacement literature stand on Friday. We said it would be delivered today (Monday) and we have confirmed that it is out for delivery, so you should have it imminently.

These plastic slot in frames are intended to be used outdoors with a laminated print. We can supply optional clear plastic cover sheets but they won't make the frame waterproof. Laminating (encapsulating) the paper is the answer. I hope that helps.
