First time using your site and you sent a different brand of pens than what I ordered. When I called the girl on the phone was helpful but it was too late as I need the pens for a job. I was told that you’re switching brands from zig to Securit even though I was able to order zig. This information would’ve been handy before purchasing. I was told that they are like for like… but again this information should have been on the site and not when I call up to query the pens I’ve received.
