“Easy to order and speedy delivery. Product quality good. Could do with screw holes being slots to help with leveling when fitting. Also holes could be in a more accessible place.”

“Ordered the deluxe Dog station. very well made and practical. the ONLY downside is how thhe top sign mounr with double sided tape, didnt hold for long outdoors, ideal needs better grip tape of screw mount, but still a very good product.”

“delivery with DPD was on time but they gave us the damaged products. I have not been happy with DPD.”

“The lecturn looks professional, is robust, has a heavy stable base, and is competitively priced, so good value all round. The free delivery option took just three days and there were faster chargeable options available if time is critical. The unit inevitably comes flat-packed (think Ikea), but is extremely well packaged and protected. There are just four components (base, two legs, top) which are assembled using eight (supplied) hex-head bolts. There is a largely incomprehensible assembly sheet (single A5 side), comprising ten small, poor quality pictures. It did not refer to the product I had purchased and I can only assume that the fixing assembly has been updated and the "instructions" (sic) have not, so the sheet has less value than a chocolate teapot. That said, assembly is simple, self-evident and only took about ten minutes. Make sure however that you have a decent set of allen keys available as the larger of the two supplied is not adequate for the job. Overall I am pleased, although one of the four rubber feet detached within 48 hours. It is disappointing to see that these are merely stuck (not clipped or screwed) to the base, so I can see this happening again on ocassions when the lecturn is moved.”

“The order arrived quickly, but unfortunately two of the items were the wrong items. I contacted customer service by email - they responded immediately and ackowledged the mistake. I received the correct items three days later. I am very pleases with the product.”

“The pens that were supplied to me were of a different make to that ordered, I had to email to check if that was correct. They were no longer able to get those order so replaced then with equivalent brand. It would have been nice to have been told before hand. The cost of postage was very expensive for small orders.”

“All good in terms of process. However, a major downside was no dimensions were provided for the A4 wall mounted document holder itself. As it turned out my A4 documents were in a folder making the overall width of the collected documents too great to fit in the holder.”

“Our order arrived quickly, my only issue was that the box was broken down one side, it was lucky none of the contents were lost in transit, it may be worth having a more robust box? other than that the signs are of good quality and are just what we wanted.”
