“Shotscope is a great concept - but unfortunately this comes at a price ! I’ve had a V3, bought when they came out, for just over 2 years and the watch strap initially broke after a year ( you need the electronics in the strap for the tags to work) and they replaced it immediately. The strap broke again just over a year later and the company informed me they have stopped making the V3 straps and the watch is out of warranty. FYI Helpdesk was great and responsive in both instances - but there was little they could do out of Warranty. Hence love the concept of shotscope but I’d factor in that you have to buy a new watch every 2 years @ ~£200. Real shame - but I’m going back to my Garmin.”

“My V5 was straightforward to set up with help from the Quick Start Guide. Likewise for the Tracking Tags, App and Dashboard. After a couple of rounds I soon became confident that every distance to the hole and every shot would be recorded accurately. I had a couple of queries to help me synching which were quickly and positively closed out by the Support Team. I had previously used Garmin products but will now see my future with Shot Scope.”

“Having previously had the V3 watch I decided to upgrade to the X5 and I’m so glad I did, the extra features it gives are already helping my game, the green view alone is worth the change. Looking forward to using it to help my game in the coming season!! Highly recommended for golfers of all levels.”

“I have tried to transfer my rounds twice and it acts like it is downloading and then says there was an error and that yall have been notified. If this error does not get corrected soon I will return this product.”

“One star is too many. I bought a watch which I wanted to return as I realised I needed a higher spec. I have emailed them several times, they haven't replied and it's now over a month ago. I've posted the watch back to the address on their website but have heard nothing. I'm now financially out of pocket with no watch . Beware!”

Hi, I'm sorry you feel that way. It looks like you had initially replied to the auto confirmation email, this doesn't get to us I'm afraid. Once you emailed support it looks like we helped you out with your refund request.

“Quality products with good support. . Dashboard on website could be better. I would like an option to remove older data so that I could better assess my current performance. I have owned three Shotscope watches and their first rangefinder - all products were good, useable and helpful for my golf.”

Hi Daniel, I have looked into this and it looks like you were emailing our auto generated confirmation emails initially. We don't get these emails I'm afraid. I can see you messaged us again via Facebook in December and you were helped by one of our support agents. Any further issues just get back to us. Our support email is support@shotscope.com
