“As we all know, Shot Scope products are excellent. I would like to talk about their customer service. I had an issue with my G4 watch and got in touch with their support team. From the first contact, Cameron was brilliant. Highly efficient and extremely professional. The retailer I bought the watch from was being not very co-operative and Cameron worked extremely hard to get a positive resolution. It's great to have an excellent product, but even better to have such fantastic customer service.”

“On a few occasions my ShotScope V5 watch was giving me some technical issues. The first time my rounds were getting stuck in the upload process and the second time my watch wasn't picking up any of clubs. On both occasions the support desk was very helpful in resolving the issues. They were quick to respond, provided useful guidance to identify the problem and the steps to resolve the problem. In the second instance, they sent me a new watch band with instructions to install it. This helped to correct the issue and get me back to being able to easily track my shots on the course. It's clear to me based on the support I received that they are committed to not only making quality products but also to making sure the products work for the customer. Keep up the good work.”

“I've used my shot scope for 11 rounds and I love it, my only complaint is that at 72 years old I don't reach many par 5's in two but my 2nd shot registers as short of the green, does this lower my gir, and raise my short of green shots? Have I setup incorrectly? This product has absolutely helped my game.”

“Shoot Scope are doing something right. No subscription model is the correct thing to do. All their competitors are hoping they can appear “sophisticated” or “advanced” but in reality they simply want to fleece you for as much cash as possible. Keep up the good work Shot Scope!”
