This is not a great product. The information is highly inaccurate and the app is not very good. Disappointing, because I truly wanted to like it.

As above it Froze and Select switch had no functionality at all. Other buttons worked but Select did nothing. Bit poor to be honest!

Your website has the PayPal logo at the bottom but doesn’t accept PayPal. There’s no phone number, or chat and the support email address is well hidden. I placed an order and it said they didn’t get my order but to check order history to make sure. The link to order history was broken. I did get charged on my credit card though. I had to ask support if they really were sending me a watch. Sand i had to ask several times for a receipt of my purchase. In the app there links for tutorials, but they’re broken links. And then there’s the whole watch not working right thing. I would’ve bought literally anything else if there was another option without monthly subscriptions.

Hi Mark, Apologies for all of that. We do take Pay Pal payments so that is odd, the payments are working on our side. I can see a support agent is speaking with you now so they will be able to help further with any issues you're having.

I bought shotscope H4 Handheld (with connect tags). Unfortunately I am unable to upload my rounds as the app keeps telling me there's "a fault which shotscopeis trying to rectify". I have tried contacting shotscope customer support but have heard nothing back from them. This is so disappointing as the main selling point for me was the ability to track progress over time. Very very disappointed! Would return the product if I could as its only 2 weeks old & not functioning. Very disappointed that Shotscope are not supporting customers! I am hoping that they may deal with this issue if I send a review!! The product simply not doing what it is supposed to do.

Hi Regina, I am really sorry about your issues and the delay in getting back to you. There was a technical issue due to switching email providers recently which meant we were not receiving all emails. This has now been fixed. I can see a support agent is now helping you with your H4 issues. I hope we can sort these for you.

I have used the tags which were with my v3 watch from new and loved them. It is so difficult to navigate to finding problem solving, when I'm not on any social media sights/apps.

Shotscope is a great concept - but unfortunately this comes at a price ! I’ve had a V3, bought when they came out, for just over 2 years and the watch strap initially broke after a year ( you need the electronics in the strap for the tags to work) and they replaced it immediately. The strap broke again just over a year later and the company informed me they have stopped making the V3 straps and the watch is out of warranty. FYI Helpdesk was great and responsive in both instances - but there was little they could do out of Warranty. Hence love the concept of shotscope but I’d factor in that you have to buy a new watch every 2 years @ ~£200. Real shame - but I’m going back to my Garmin.

J'ai acheté la V5 en remplacement de la V2, intéressé de voir les coups comptés au fur et a mesure que vous jouez. Après 8 parties, je peux vous dire que je suis très décue. La montre échappe des coups au moins 90 % du temps, Avant chaque coup il faut absolument toucher votre montre avec le tag de votre bâton pour que votre montre puisse l'identifiez, mais si vous jouez avec le même bâton 2 fois de suite, alors impossible de s'assurer qu'elle va en tenir compte. Parfois sur certains verts, elle n'arrive pas à indiquer que vous êtes sur le vert.

I have a Shotscope V3 and I upgraded to V5 in hopes that the new tags would be more accurate than the old tags; I liked the possibility of keeping score on my watch, and I wanted to see the hole maps. However, the V5 seems to be much worse than the V3 for picking up club swings; the 3 or 4 rounds I have used it on the V5 must have missed nearly a shot every hole. The V5 also consistently moves to the next hole while I am still on the green putting, not allowing me to enter my number of putts and throwing off the scoring function. The maps are fairly useful, although the courses I played this weekend seemed to be missing multiple hazards (but probably 90% were accurate). The last couple of rounds I have given up on the shot capture functionality and just used the V5 as a GPS watch.
