Hi Owen, I am sorry if you've experienced any issues. We do value user feedback but this does not guarantee every users suggestion will be implemented. Your suggestion about the straps being on the other way round is something we've taken into account in the past but for optimal shot detection it does need to stay the way it is.

“Don't Work only with V5 watch”

Hi Philippe, I can see you purchased the Connex tags last year. These don't work with the watch they only work with the mobile app/Connex system. The Black tags you receive with a watch purchase are the only tags that will work with the watch. I can see a support agent has replied to your email so please continue to get back to them with any more queries.

“Good but misses a lot of shots (10 -15 a round). Have to spend an hour editing post round.”

“I have tried to transfer my rounds twice and it acts like it is downloading and then says there was an error and that yall have been notified. If this error does not get corrected soon I will return this product.”

“I ordered the watch 11 days ago and it has still yet to even get to the country I live in. I will highly recommend Shotscope to look into using DHL or the likes for speedy delivery.”

“Customer service is fairly quickly but you do have to wait for them to update course informaton 24-72 hours and that does not help when you are on the course and realize an issue. Have not used all features yet as got frustrated when the first course I went to play did not have the tees available.”

“good laser and nice adjustment for slope. But H4 is terrible. I don’t like watches so tried H4 with clip, on cart, on lx but, it does not accurately keep track of score or distances. I’ve tried tapping and added to my preshot routine. It is a distraction and the data is not accurate.”

“I love the watch I just wish it had a new better interface with the app. In hindsight I wish I reviewed the app reviews in addition to the watch itself. It also may be the OS I'm using as I use an Android. I still like the watch for reading distance and entering scores but it's pretty useless for getting any kind of feedback since the app doesn't really work”
