Hi Owen, I am sorry if you've experienced any issues. We do value user feedback but this does not guarantee every users suggestion will be implemented. Your suggestion about the straps being on the other way round is something we've taken into account in the past but for optimal shot detection it does need to stay the way it is.

Don't Work only with V5 watch

Hi Philippe, I can see you purchased the Connex tags last year. These don't work with the watch they only work with the mobile app/Connex system. The Black tags you receive with a watch purchase are the only tags that will work with the watch. I can see a support agent has replied to your email so please continue to get back to them with any more queries.

Bought the watch 2 years ago and only used for one season due to knee replacements. Wanted tor use it this year and can't load any courses. I contacted the company and it took 2 weeks for them to finally tell me I don't have a warranty and only thing I can do is purchase a new watch. I told them I knew the warranty was already up that wasn't my issue. How can I get a perfectly good watch to load the courses? Kept getting the same answer buy a new watch. I sent so many of my clients to buy from this company but not anymore. I am a golf instructor and use this for my playing lessons. I will have to use Arccos for my next purchase and clients. Thanks Shot Scope for losing customers.

Hi Greg, I am really sorry about these issues, It was initially deemed a fault with the device which is why we offered an upgrade offer for a new one. Once a device is out of warranty we cannot replace it for free. I am sorry about that. I can see your support agent is still trying to help with this though, if you reply to your agents questions we can hopefully get this working for you better. If not then you can take advantage of the upgrade price if you wished in future.

The shot scope enables me to keep track of my distances direction and also putting I do not check it on every round but I do on those great ones and very bad ones lol

I’ve been using Shotscope for over five years now and I’m very pleased with the products and with the level of support. Whenever there have been any glitches (very minor ones) the support are quick to respond and always provide friendly and helpful advice.

Shoot Scope are doing something right. No subscription model is the correct thing to do. All their competitors are hoping they can appear “sophisticated” or “advanced” but in reality they simply want to fleece you for as much cash as possible. Keep up the good work Shot Scope!

I have been using Shot Scope's V2 and X5 watches and tags for over four years now and they seem to do everything right - great products, exceptionally good customer service (respond to emails within a couple of hours and actually answer the question asked, which is somewhat important!), timely delivery and continuous improvement of their products. What's even better is that it is a UK based company that constantly innovates and helps golfers improve their game.

The website is easy to understand - very user friendly like the watches themselves. I have not had cause to contact Customer Services. Impressed with a 2 year warranty.

Your website has the PayPal logo at the bottom but doesn’t accept PayPal. There’s no phone number, or chat and the support email address is well hidden. I placed an order and it said they didn’t get my order but to check order history to make sure. The link to order history was broken. I did get charged on my credit card though. I had to ask support if they really were sending me a watch. Sand i had to ask several times for a receipt of my purchase. In the app there links for tutorials, but they’re broken links. And then there’s the whole watch not working right thing. I would’ve bought literally anything else if there was another option without monthly subscriptions.

Hi Mark, Apologies for all of that. We do take Pay Pal payments so that is odd, the payments are working on our side. I can see a support agent is speaking with you now so they will be able to help further with any issues you're having.
