“A nice looking, conservative shopping trolley. Very basic, no bells and whistles. On the plus side the draw string top is a good addition. There are a few features which I think would improve it though. A bar on the back so that it could be hooked over a supermarket cart, a pocket to put a purse or spare carrier bag, some sort of fastening to stop the flap blowing up in the wind. My other trolley had these and they were very useful features. However, if it lasts it's guaranteed 3 years I will consider it good value for money.”

“So far so good. I have only used this a couple of times but it appears more robust than another brand I previously bought and which degraded inside very quickly despite being carefully used.”

“Customer Service was good, keeping me informed when there was a delay with the delivery. The large HOPPA trolley. with its 47 litre capacity is ideal for supermarket shopping, though the design of the frame would be better if the height was increased by about 15 cms. Its current height of 87 cms allows the wheels to come into contact with your feet !!!!!”

“Service very good. With the addition of holes near bottom corners to the Hoppa bag, so that a cord could pass through and around bottom seam and around trolley base legs (as I added to my old one - now used for sailing gear), trolley is good too.”

“My purchase was good value and delivery was faster than I expected. Unfortunately due to poor packaging there was a scuff mark on the walking stick handle. Not enough to consider returning it but it "took the shine off" purchase.”

“It is lightweight but dosn't appear to be as strong as my previous trolly. I hope it does last transporting my shopping from store to car. Also I would have prefered the zipped pocket at the back to be bigger so that I can put my purse and phone in.”

“I love this trolley. It's small but so am I , just the right height for a 5 ft 2 person. Have used it 3 times now. It holds a fair bit of shopping and seems sturdy. The two zips on the pockets don't seem strong. All in all a lovely little trolley.”

“Have already been complimented on colourful trolley. Holds a lot of shopping and easy to pull. Only down side is no small pocket in bag or on the outside of bag so I have to take handbag with me.”

“I bought and quickly received the rollster 4 wheel (swivel) trolley. Everything about it is well made. I just have one gripe, and that is the handle, when extended, has an awful lot of 'give' in it. If you pull back on the handle say to go up the kerb or extend/put the wheels back in, the handle gives considerably giving me the feeling its not sturdy, like somethings going to snap. It's very off putting I wonder if it should be doing this? I presume I've extended the handle correctly, not a lot to itreally, You pull the handle up and it clicks into place. It's a nice trolley apart from what I've described, but it really should be better at the price I paid, £125.”
