“Size and price very good. However the only connection between bag and framework is by the strap over the handle and that is "secured" by a very short narrow piece of Velcro. First time used I Put a not very lge or heavy handbag inside trolley bag and immediately fell off framework. When I put modest amount of shopping in I had difficulty in getting it home. By using a series of lge boot laces I tied it to frame and then placed a lge old fashioned kilt pin through velcro to stop this from bursting open whenever even a little weight is placed in bag. Akso without the laces the bag swings free from framework since only held on by the strap over handle. Disappointing.”

“Quite pleased with my trolley and hope it will prove, with considerate use, to be robust. I do have an observation. It would be useful if it had a pocket under the handle on the “person” side for a small purse or perhaps a letter waiting for posting or sunglasses or a small bottle of water. This why I have marked it four stars instead of five.”

“Trolley tends to fall forward if paths are uneven when pushing the trolley. There is quite a lot of space for shopping inside, it’s easier with four wheels than two.”

“Cute design and has made going grocery shopping easier. Reason for giving 4/5 stars is because I could see the handle starting to spilt already during the first use, which makes me believe the item itself isn’t of that good quality. Perhaps I just put too many things into the trolley?”

“Had one of these before, not from you. This one is different, when it is folded it has to have a bungee strap to keep it together. You also have to store it upside down to keep it in place. Love the bigger wheels. S. Whitemore.”

“I use this to take my mums groceries from my car to her flat. Ideal for 2 carrier bags full of shopping. Very pleased with this bag. Also useful for holidays.”

“Everyone likes my trolley. As for me, i like its sturdiness, it's structural design is well thought. Wheels easily navigate rough surfaces, steps are easily overcome, everyone likes the paisley design. Doesn't overbalance or tip over owing to it's wide design. Handle grip is excellent. Unfortunately only problem is a lack of space as my previous trolley could easily accomodate another 40 litres, so i have to make time for extra shopping trips. UPDATE - Just a few months after purchase, bag's stitches have separated in many places. Wheel frequently detaches and will not stay attached. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS TROLLEY.”

“Having used the same trolley for 7yrs. I bought the RD6 Rolser but instead of the 4 wheeled one I went for the 6 wheel version, which to my regret I wished I hadn’t - it is heavier to pull and I can’t push it the same as my old Rolser. And I’ve since developed muscle pain by pulling it all the time. And I now have to do twice a week shopping compared to my once a week before. A bad choice!”

“Delivered quickly and looks great though it does seem to tip backwards when empty. Nice to be able to push it in front of me (the main reason for going for 4 wheels) though that is not easy when empty.”

“Service good, delivery prompt and goods were as expected. Item purchased Jean 4 wheel shopper, already purchased a Jean 2 wheel some years ago and got excellent use from it. I will be well satisfied if this one is as good.”

“This is good for fairly lightweight shopping items but does not like heavy items as the Velcro strip doesn't hold, but for the cost it is pretty good value.”

“The wheels are nicely free moving and the handle is very comfortable, a bonus when you've got the trolley full of groceries and have a one and a half mile uphill journey home from the supermarket. The bag is good and roomy but would have been improved by the addition of a side pouch to hold a folded umbrella. I like the faux suede outer but am not sure whether it will be waterproof as I've not used it in wet conditions. Time will tell. All in all this is a good buy and good value for money.”
