“This trolley was dirty when it arrived and one of the wheels wouldn't go on. Too problematic to send back for person it was bought for.”

“No way for large items to be collected from purchaser for a refund. There is no way to return an unwanted item or an item that is damaged. No information on how to do this. Very disappointed with the lack of information for returns.”

“The trolley looks great -but extremely poor quality. The rubber grib tore within a few uses and the actual trolley bag does not fix securely so it slides of the bottom and loses shape quickly -really disappointed with the quality of the product after having read positive reviews -in reflection a lot of the reviews are about the site -not the products themselves.”

“ordered 2 replacement shopping trolley wheels, for use on a rolser trolley which was 2years old, click on /off mechanism was very weak, possibly due to wear on trolley spindle, and had to adapt by usuing original lockwashers may be ok if trolley is fairly new, but poor if any wear, better to spend your money on a new trolley, rather than waste it on these poor generic items; on a positive note could not fault speedy delivery of items”

“The foam handle was missing from one side of the trolley, therefore I was really disappointed. However I e mailed shopping trolleys direct and they immediately said that they would send me a replacement frame.”

“I recently purchased the Little Shopper Trolley Bag. Initially I was very happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly and is a cheerful little trolley. I had quite a few positivecomments on it from friends and strangers alike. Sadly, on the third use the handle broke. It completely separated from the bag. I managed to fix it but on the very next use it broke again. While I still have quite a handly bag it no longer serves it purpose which is to be able to pull it along not just carry it.”

“The reason I am giving this as poor is the be bag started to fray on th lid on the first outing. I bought it for an old lady who is nearly 90 and is using this as a walking aid so I could not return it. But I am not pleased as this was a cheap item.”

“I bought this trolley for my 86 year old mum. I must say we were disappointed when it arrived. Firstly the opening of the back is not even big enough to fit a half filled carrier bag in!! No wonder it was reduced!!! I don't recall reading the opening measurements....may be and oversight on my part.....Nevertheless the trolley is useless. Also, the trolley is on a heavy side for or an older lady!”

“Quality of the product was poor with what seemed to be dirt markings on the fabric. I had full intentions of returning the item but there wasn't a returns address label given. I was deeply disappointed with my purchase and advise future customers not to buy from this company.”

“I bought this as a Christmas gift but when it arrived the wheels were discoloured and looked dirty. Once put together the bag is held onto the trolley with one Velcro strap - I'd stored some presents in it and the bag kept coming off so I'm just not convinced this will stand up to any kind of use.”

“The frame is ok but the bag which fits over it is unstable and has to be lashed with extra ties - one slight tip to right or left and the wretched thing swings off the frame. I don't like the fabric used for the bag either, it is stiff and hard, which is why it doesn't,'t sit well on the frame - the Velcro which is supposed to hold it in posiition is pretty useless. This is not a very satisfactory buy.”

“I purchased this item but unfortunately had to discard it at the airport as it was not very strong for the purpose I required it for. It ripped at each side of the bag at the stitching and my item kept falling out. Luckily I had packed a plastic carrier bag which I put my things into.”

“I bought this shopper as an aid to help carry shopping from my car to my home which is several metres away from where I park my car I was very disappointed Flimsy pull out handle which bends when the shopper is full wheels very flimsy did not wheel along very easily Only one handle so impossible to lift into car when full of shopping so had to fill shopper from my ordinary shopping bags not suitable for my usage at all”
