“The drag bag quality was as expected for the 17.99 purchase price but when walking over pavements even when full the extremely noisy wheels make it very embarrassing to use. I would have thought Marketeer could have used rubber wheels on the plastic base to lessen the noise level. I will not be using this bag”

“Trolly was delayed in transit through an address label being missing - had to ring up and find what had happened to it. When it arrived there was a plastic support ring broken which we had to glue back on, so on the whole not so good!,!”

“The bag looks great, is light-weight and fits a lot of items in it. Apparently this type of bag is often also sold as hand-luggage as it fits the cabin baggage measurements of most airlines including Ryanair. There is one major problem though: the handles are way too short - I'm 5' 6" (i.e. average height for a woman) and have to bend sideways to be able to hold the handles and pull the bag. The bag ends up twisting and turning all the time, and I've only used it once. The only chance it has of getting out again is if I sew longer handles on it...”

“Delivery of a Stafford Lightweight Trolley Travel Bag was very quick. The product looked well designed and sturdy enough, but after only 2 big shopping trips I noticed a series of small tears running horizontally near the bottom on the front of the bag. I don't think that I caused them in any way , but considering the cost of the product was less than £10, I cannot be bothered paying the costs of returning it.”

“I bought a Stafford 4-wheel shopping trolley (navy with white flowers) and while the service and delivery from Shopping Trolleys Direct was excellent, the quality of the actual product was very poor. I was only able to use it 4 times before it broke. This was unfortunate because I was using it in transit and had to drag it along by a broken handle. It is now utterly useless and has lost its structure so it barely stands. I am considering dismantling it, maybe removing the wheels and recycling the other components.”
