“Happy with trolly, frame not clicking down, so waiting for new frame,, Not arrived yet! slower that the first delivery!!”

“It is a very useful item. Not sure how long it will last, you have to be careful how you handle it. I hold around 10kg in it and the handle in particular needs to be treated with care when using it for weighty things. Helps though!”

“Trolly was delayed in transit through an address label being missing - had to ring up and find what had happened to it. When it arrived there was a plastic support ring broken which we had to glue back on, so on the whole not so good!,!”

“I wanted a small shopping trolley and this was ideal for me as it is very light. I have only used it a few times since I received it. I found it easy to carry to the shop but when full with the shopping it did tip from side to side going along uneven pavements due to the small wheels. It may not be fine for people unsteady on there feet. I am happy with my trolley as it also could be used as an overnight bag instead of using a small case.”

“The best trolley ever! I purchased a four wheeler to transport my soap products around for markets and fairs. The trolley is strong & great quality! Doubles up as roomy storage space for my equipment. Worth every penny and made my working life so much easier. Thank you! :)”

“I ordered a trolley bag from Shopping Trolleys Direct ( STD) and became concerned when it didn't arrive in the given time scale. I was in email contact with the company and received regular updates. It appeared that the couriers had tried to deliver the trolley bag twice already and then they tried a third time after which it was sent back to STD. Each time the couriers had supposedly attempted to deliver there was someone at home. I gave additional instructions of how to find us to STD as we live up a track, which they taped to the outside of the carton and Bingo! the couriers managed to find us. The trolley bag is lovely, not too big and not too granny-ish (Did I really write that? I've got 10 grand children!). Well done to STD for very good customer service.”

“My first order was out of stock unfortunately but I was frequently updated on the status of my order. Unfortunately the item was going to take longer than normal to the stock so I was assisted to find a suitable alternative which was delivered very quickly. The shopping trolley was very packaged and extremely easy to put together . My elderly mother is delighted with her shopping trolley and I would not hesitate to recommend shopping trolleys direct - their customer service is excellent.”

“excellent product the shopping trolley has helped my mother get along and the trolley has plenty of room for her shopping she really loves this product.The company we orderd it from were excellent they kept me informed when we would receive this product and they were very helpful when i rang them a man called kevin was really helpful i would use them again 10/10.”

“I love your trolleys, not only are they smart to look at and do not make one feel has though they are old ladies trolleys ,,,they are good to lean on when one has to stop and rest a moment , one thing I would like is a zip section at back or front to put small fold up umbrella etc ,this is the 3rd I have had , do not like 2 wheel drive this 4 wheel drive is , tops , wore the others out , carrying potatoes , water bottles , all heavy things,,,,,,worth every penny, will buy again”

“Service was helpful with quick delivery times. Unfortunately the postal service used lost the trolley in transit and so I have yet to receive it. However when phoning your helpline to query what I needed to do, the employee was very apologetic and assured me a new product would be posted out with a different courier. I look forward to receiving it shortly.”

“I had this trolley delivered to my Mum in France. I was amazed that she received it only 3 days after order. The price was also very competitive. She is delighted with it. This trolley is a great help to her as she's recovering from two hips operations. Great trolley and great company.”
