“The service I received from Shopping Trolleys Direct was excellent. I was informed step by step of the way by e-mail as to when my purchase would arrive - and when the trolley arrived (a lightweight 4-wheeler) I found it to be of first class quality, and exactly what I wanted. From the time I submitted my order until the time my purchase arrived it was just a few days - I found the service unbelievably good, and would not hesitate to recommend your company to all my friends and neighbours. Thank you - from a very satisfied 85 year old!”

“The trolley is great however the assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired and do not mention the fold over flaps secured with Velcro to secure the bag to the trolley-good job my husband is an engineer!”

“The service is fantastic. The ability to choose a delivery date and time was excellent. The trolly was of good quality and my 84 year old (sorry mum now everyone knows) managed to unpack it and assemble it without difficulty or instructions. The only down side we have found with the trolley is it's weigh. This is a bit of a problem for my mum. Having said that all trollies of this type need to be strong to do the job. You just need to factor that in.”

“This was the first time I used this company and I couldn't been more impressed. The actually ordering of the items was easy to use, I was constantly kept up-to-date with the order. Then, when date of delivery wasn't convenient, it was very easy to change it and the item was delivered on the dot of the time I was given. To cap it off, my Mum is very happy with her new trolley and very impressed with her spare wheels. Thank you”

“It is smart but not as light as I expected. It is not easy to carry, and has no side pocket for umbrella or water. The zip pocket at the back needs to be below the bar. I like the front zip. The top zip needs a bit of managing, perhaps because the top flap is not stiff.”

“Your service was first class, order was received in 24 hours. However we did have an issue with the stafford trolley itself. The catch on the cover strap proved to be too stiff for my wife,s arthritic fingers to open. I have replaced the catch/strap with a strip of "velcro" . You might consider this modification which should not add to the cost.”
