“Web site was very slow and not the best experience as a buyer, search bar didn’t match when searching for a certain product however the product I bought was spot on just issue with the site”

“Bought for my daughter who lives on the 5th floor of a block of flats and the lifts are out of order. She loves the trolley - very smooth on all surfaces, the wheels are quiet, and the 6 wheels make getting the shopping upstairs a doddle!”

“When the wheels broke on my shopping trolley [that I had only owned for 4,5 months!] I wanted to replace them with decent robust wheels, Kevin was really helpful and advised me that Shopping trolleys Direct's wheels were good quality and I have bought these. I have noted the date I replaced them and hope to update this review in due course. I intend to be sensible with the use of the trolley, but I obviously need it for shopping which is not in essence lightweight! Ot is what it is.”

“I bought and quickly received the rollster 4 wheel (swivel) trolley. Everything about it is well made. I just have one gripe, and that is the handle, when extended, has an awful lot of 'give' in it. If you pull back on the handle say to go up the kerb or extend/put the wheels back in, the handle gives considerably giving me the feeling its not sturdy, like somethings going to snap. It's very off putting I wonder if it should be doing this? I presume I've extended the handle correctly, not a lot to itreally, You pull the handle up and it clicks into place. It's a nice trolley apart from what I've described, but it really should be better at the price I paid, £125.”

“Rolser Plegamatic folding trolley I ordered and paid for the above trolley over the phone at about 13.55 on 19 Jan.2022 and it arrived at 08.55 the next morning. This is the quickest I've ever received anything. I like this trolley very much. Easy to open and quite easy to fold up again after a little practice. It runs very smoothly along the ground. It makes shopping much easier. Many thanks , Glyn (Oakham)”

“Ordered online. A very simple process. Delivery , from 9.25 to 10.25. Arrived at 09.35 by Alexander. Very strong packaging, protecting item. All pieces in situ, and putting trolley together was child's play. No skill or strength needed. Thank you would definitely use company again, and recommend to friends and family.”

“I bought one of these shopping trolleys for my daughter, as she wanted something to help carry her stuff, She's 30 and did not want to look like an old bag lady. She was surprised and very pleased with the look of it. It weighs practically nothing and holds more than my old trolley did. It is streamlined with no fussy pockets and unnecessary garb, great colour (red) which all goes make this shopping trolley different, and it looks nice too. Very quick delivery as well. All good”

“Straightforward ordering process. Trolley purchased for my partner who has found it much easier to use than her previous one as it rolls so well. Excellent capacity means being careful to not make it too heavy to lift on and off a bus.”
