I bought and quickly received the rollster 4 wheel (swivel) trolley. Everything about it is well made. I just have one gripe, and that is the handle, when extended, has an awful lot of 'give' in it. If you pull back on the handle say to go up the kerb or extend/put the wheels back in, the handle gives considerably giving me the feeling its not sturdy, like somethings going to snap. It's very off putting I wonder if it should be doing this? I presume I've extended the handle correctly, not a lot to itreally, You pull the handle up and it clicks into place. It's a nice trolley apart from what I've described, but it really should be better at the price I paid, £125.
