“This is a very good product. I ordered it for my 95 year old mother, who wanted it so that she can use it for support whilst shopping, instead of a walking stick. The trolley was delivered when expected, and the use of text messages to advise of progress of the delivery van is helpful. Also good was the after-sales support, namely Kevin Naga, who was very helpful and courteous. Thank you.”

“Although I am quite pleased with the item it has a couple of loose strange parts that don't appear to do anything - there were no assembly instructions. The handle release was also tricky to operate.”
