“Very speedy delivery, very easy to assemble. Only fault is rubber on handle is not stuck on central so one hand is on it and one on tube frame.”

“Product is very good value for money. It was delivered quickly and easily folds down to fit in a medium sized tote bag so that when I go to the supermarket after meeting friends for lunch it is easy to open up and use for heavy/bulky items and wheel it back to the car. This makes shopping hassle free and I wish I had got one years ago.”

“Light, folds easily for storage, trendy - everyone stops me to ask where I found it! I live at top of steep hill but it's so easy to pull, even when loaded down with shopping - and so easy to manoevre ie get out of other shoppers way in crowded stores!! Can see it lasting for years so value for money too. Get one today!”

“I have now had a chance to use my trolley. I am content with it, in that it does the job. I have some issues with the design and the instructions. 1. It is advised that the loaded trolley should not be picked up by the handle. However, there are no gripps on the side of the frame, to bear the weight if you need to carry it up the steps. 2. the foot brakes are difficult to operat in sandals. They should be side to side, rather than up and down. 3. I am having to walk at the side of the trolley, as the straight handle is awkward and I keep hitting my toes on the back of the trolley. The handle would be better with an angle, like a pram handle so that your feet are futher away from it. 4. I cannot undersatnd the colloquial instructions about rmoving the wheels and attaching the trolley to a supermarket trolley. I would prefer instructions in starightforward plain language and better diagrams. 5. The hand breaks are an expensive luxury. I don't feel they are necessary, unless you are faced with very stepp hils. I think this should be explicit on the product infrmation and on the website.”

“I purchased this item but unfortunately had to discard it at the airport as it was not very strong for the purpose I required it for. It ripped at each side of the bag at the stitching and my item kept falling out. Luckily I had packed a plastic carrier bag which I put my things into.”

“A lovely company to deal with! I purchased the Playmarket Go Two trolley. When I unwrapped it, there were gasps of admiration. It's gorgeous. I chose the mandarine colour, as my first choice (aqua) was out of stock. I'm so glad it was, as the mandarine colour is stunning! It is fabulous build quality. The trolley is very lightweight, but really sturdy and the large wheels are perfect for taking to country shows to stash our picnic, water bottles and waterproof jackets in. On a completely flat surface, the trolley literally turns on the spot - I can't wait to try it in a shopping centre. Three teeny-weeny niggles (if I'm being really picky)...... (1) the inner bag is black and as such, it's difficult to see your stuff inside - I would prefer that to be a lighter colour, (2) the toggle that goes through the hole in the top flap/lid is tiny, so the toggle is useless really, but I will buy a bigger one when I see one, to stop the wind lifting the flap up, (3) the trolley could do with having an adjustable height handle as sometimes my heel caught it when walking. I'm 5ft 4". None of the 3 points above were major issues though. All in all it's a fabulous trolley!”

“Love the pattern. I like having four wheels as my walking is not so good these days. My only criticism would be, I would like the handle to be slightly wider for both hands, but apart from that, am very pleased.”

“I ordered the trolley on the Thursday and it arrived on the Monday. have used it and very, very happy with it. It is not too big so it is easy to get on the busses etc. I would recommend it and buy it again if needed.”

“I bought this trolly for my disabled daughter who has trouble getting shopping upstairs. It arrived so quickly and I put the complete package in my car and drove to meet my daughter some miles away in a shopping centre car park, where we unpacked it and assembled it in the car park, with no trouble at all. She was so pleased with it as it really does go up and down stairs, (she lives on the 2nd floor). I have passed on your site address as other friends of hers have asked where I got it from. So well done Trolley Direct, a good job, well done. Very happy customers.”
