“I recieved item within a few days of ordering. It is a little taller than my trolley but I don't mind. Lovely fit, great that it velcros on both sides at the top. Best of all is that the lid stays shut, when out in windy weather.”

“I have been delighted with the service given by Shopping Trolleys Direct. when they couldn't fulfil my request for a replacement part for a damaged wheel to be sent, they were helpful in giving me the link to buy a pair of replacement wheels as a solution. I followed this up and bought them, pleased that I had no need to buy a whole new trolley. This was all so good in itself, but what impressed me still more was that even before the wheels had been delivered, I was emailed instructions on how to remove the good wheel and fit both of the new ones. This was so thoughtful and kind of them, and I was well pleased as when I came to follow these instructions as they were very straightforward, and I did it all easily. I was glad to have them as I don't think I would have managed without. I am 85 and don't have a mechanical mind, but Kevin at Shopping Trolleys Direct made this whole experience so easy and pleasant. I was most grateful, and touched by the thought and kindness of the service I was given, and I would recommend this firm to anyone.”
