“I have had superb service from this firm. A reply to my emailed query came rapidly, and as it had to be negative, an alternative solution was offered. I followed this up, buying the replacement wheels which had been recommended to me, and was delighted that my trolley would still be usable. I was further impressed when, without asking, I received emailed instructions, clearly put, on how to remove the old wheels and fit the new ones. - help I was very glad to have. The kindness, thoughtfulness, competence, and pleasantness throughout added to this excellent customer experience, and I am deeply grateful to Kevin in particular. I would recommend this firm to anyone. Thank you again.”

“LOVE my new trolley. I have a disabled arm so needed a really lightweight trolley with a long handle, and my new Rolser is perfect. Found one in a lovely bright floral design too. Fast shipping, would order from here again.”

“I bought the folding extendable trolly, it is basically a very large shopping bag whith wheels. It is FABULOUS. I used it for the 1st time 2cdays ago and it made my shopping outing so much easier and definitely less painful than carrying a bag of shopping, thank you so much TROLLEYS DIRECT A brilliant product.”
