“very good if you are under 5ft 5ins, as I am over that height the handles are not long enough. I will have to try to lengthen them with some thing, don't know what yet.”

“The Hoppa trolley bag on two wheels has been a disaster. Swerves from side to side, I am 5 feet tall and the handles extended are so short, I have to lean to one side, absolutely no use at all in pulling along. Even loaded with a small shopping of food, had to pull it on the stands itself to keep it from swinging side to side. Have wasted my hard saved money on this item.”

“Though I had to wait some weeks for the trolley replacement bag to come back into stock I am very pleased with the bag. It is strong, good quality material and easy to put into place. Price was competitive and didn't break the bank. Delivery was quick. It was worth waiting for. You are one of very few companies who provide this service. Well done.”

“Bought this for my sister who lives to close to a super market to take a car, and too far to carry the shopping. She did not want a boring trolley, so we searched until we found this one. She is totally impressed, says it moves smoothly over hazardous London pavements. She has been singing its praises with her Bible Study Group.”

“The goods arrived. But the time taken to receive the goods was very slow, and later than originally stated. The amount of information about the reason for the delay was zero. I had to send several emails and even make calls (I had to find the number) to know what was happening.”
