“+Delivered on time as promised, the shopping trolley is a good size and much lighter than my old trolley. It seems to be quite strong. Its easy to pack because it has a firm base to the bag, some trolleys don't have this and everything falls over in the bag. It has good size strong wheels and a nice easy grip handle for pulling it, for the price I would say its good value for money and I would recommend it. _ Just one minor comment, it would be useful if there was a note in the packaging with info about assembly, particularly the wheels, they just slot on but some people could be confused with ho to fit them.”

“Very pleased overall. Customer service very polite and I left with the feeling that they tried very hard to help. Before buying I found the video was helpful showing the folding and unfolding of the Rolsar Plegamatic. Trolley delivered to me within TWO day. Have not had time to properly evaluate the shopping trolley yet but I have used it twice on the bus with no problems. Would certainly deal with shopping trolleys direct again.”

“We received a Rolster shopping trolley from Shopping trolleys direct (STD!). We ordered Blue/Grey (looked like the colour of a dolphin on the website) but the trolley delivered was the darkest shade of grey/black (too sombre for our requirements). Their customer service was excellent and STD maintained great communication with us until the issue was resolved with a prompt refund. STD paid the full return postage. Thank you”

“A great seller to deal with. I was a bit dubious at first dealing with a company I had never heard of, but needn't have worried as everything went really smoothly & the trolley was delivered in a matter of a couple of days - would definitely recommend Shopping Trolleys Direct to friends & family. The trolley itself is absolutely brilliant & my mother loves it! After looking at the very easy to understand instructions for opening/folding and converting from 2 to 4 wheels the whole process only takes a matter of seconds. Being able to fold the trolley flat & in half is perfect for Mum, as she can now take the trolly on the bus where it wasn't possible before with an ordinary trolley, due to space limitations [we only have a small 30 seat bus once a day!]. If you're not sure about either the trolley (Rolser Pack Mono 4 Wheel Shopping Trolley Purple/Black) or the Company, I would say go for it! When it comes to this trolley you definitely get what you pay for & I have no doubt that my mother will have many, many years of use from this excellent item.”
