“Lovely shape bra - good support and not over made into a huge, straight jacket… but alas runs v tight. Also it would be nice if it was more available in a size up (38e) …Not sure whether everywhere has sold out or that there never made it they have been discontinued.”

“Bought a shock absorber bra recently. I used their fit guide and measured myself to make sure I bought the correct size. The bra size recommended was a back size bigger and a cup size smaller to what I'd normally wear. But since this was their fit guide and they know how their products fit best, I went ahead and bought it at the recommended size. However, it is too small and digs in. When I contacted them to say I wasn't happy as went with their fit guide. Was told that this is just a guide and you should always by your normal size. They offered me 20% off my next purchase.”

“I purchased a 36 G bra and although it fits, there is still a significant amount of movement when running/jumping so the cup support could be much better. I like the fact that you can adjust the straps through hooks, as the straps stay in place much better but I am unable to actually hook the straps at the top by myself so I am reliant on other people the put the bra on and take it off. Once the straps are hooked at the top, I am unable to reach and unhook them so someone has to help me take the bra off. I’m not sure if there’s a trick I’m missing! Overall, considering the cost is not insignificant, I was expecting more. Sadly, it falls short of expectations.”

“I have been wearing the Ultimate Running Bra for years - it is the best for running. BUT the last one I ordered came apart as soon as I put it on. I returned it as faulty but I still haven't hear about a refund.”

“Sizing is very small. But the delivery and quality of the product were great. Shame, as it was considerably too small around the ribs, worried to order another as not sure on the sizing, and I don't want to pay to return (again!).”

“Whilst I love the colour and the structure of the bra I ordered a 34 and it doesn’t measure up to any other 34 I have it really is very small and I will have to purchase a bra extension to be able to wear I also paid £7.50 next day delivery on a Saturday order that didn’t arrive til Tues”

“The bra seemed fine when I tried it on. Fitted well. Felt comfortable. However, first class and it rubbed raw and didn’t give the required support. Can’t return as it’s worn! Please don’t buy online! You have to have these items fitted!”

“It's a supportive bra but I think they should make their sizing standard ie ordering a band width up is confusing”

“Ordered 2 bras, both 34D. One fits fine, the other is impossible to fasten it's so small. It's at least 2 inches too narrow. I haven't got the label and lost the packaging so can't return. Disappointing and expensive buy.”

“The bra I ordered is designed really well for my sports needs. However the sizing is odd relative to other brands. I am normally a 34F and this was far too tight round back but cup was good size. I changed for 36 size but still needed the F cup.”

“I always try to buy shock absorber as they never let me down…. Until now. Having put on some weight I needed a larger size. I ordered the next size up to what I already had. When it arrived it was tiny. Smaller than the one I already had. I wanted to get another one however they didn’t go up any bigger. I ended up having to buy one elsewhere.”
