“Unfortunately I am not a fan of this, the first time I put it on I thought I liked it and removed tags. First time I ran with it, I found it very uncomfortable. I regret not returning it :(”

“Disappointed have worn shock absorbers for years. One I could not reach behind to fasten the other did not fit correctly. Returned both.”

“Two negative things: on your website and in your emails you state that bra fitting consultations are done in a private room - this was absolutely not the case, I could hear another conversation going on. Secondly, the bras I’ve order after the consultation were both way too small.”

“Whilst the website is good, I ordered a bra recently at the sizing was unbelievably off. I then contacted the chat to get confirmation of what size to get, and I haven’t heard anything almost a week later. I’ve always worn shock absorber but I think I will look elsewhere, as the sizing is ridiculous. I’m normally a 34GG (measured only last week to confirm), but the shock absorber size was so small it hurt, and then the size guide said I should order a 38E!?”

“I found the sports bra had great support, but poor quality material as the elastic has started to to shred already, even washed at cool temperature.”

“I wanted to like this product, but sadly it is so off on sizing, that I can't give it a high rating. Many reviewers were complaining on how small their sizing is, but in my experience, it is worse than what I expected. Cup-wise the size is totally fine, but the circumference is nearly 2 sizes off! Basically, it makes ShockAbsorbers unusable for larger ladies, as there is nowhere to size up... I really don't get it why ShockAdsorber can't fix their sizing issue, as so many people have complained + they are losing a part of potential customers because of size misfit...”

“I recently purchased a sports bra but was hugely disappointed in the quality unfortunately. I’ve always loved Shock Absorber bras so not sure if it’s just this particular style but the material was not comfortable at all. I’ll try another style but definitely do not recommend this one!”

“I ordered 2 bras , both the same size, 1 was nearly the right size , but I would have preferred a larger cup, the second bra was supposed to be the same size but when I tried it on it was a lot smaller, on putting the bras one on top of the other the second bra was 2 inches smaller in the band. So I didn't keep either bra . There is no point in ordering on line if the sizes are not consistent, it's like a lottery, sometimes they fit sometimes they don't.”

“Design flaw.... The straps popped off all the time, even while trying to do it up; returned flor a refund. In fairness, they did the refund no problem and it was very easy, but charged a restocking fee..”

“Good service but sports bra was physically impossible to do up the back clips. Only possible with another person on hand. Therefore, bad design as not thought through properly”

“For me this is a poor design. I had to have help putting this on as the straps are in the wrong place. The clasp at the top is too far down my back. I could also feel the straps rubbing even before I had actually moved. I will be returning this item. I am so disappointed as I do like the shock absorber as a brand. Please what have you done?”

“I followed the suggested size guide 34 = M but unfortunately this was too big. Return postage costs made this too expensive for me to order again as an exchange service is not offered.”

“Purchased same sports bra previously and used that as a size guide. Went up a cup size and it’s actually way too small. The smaller size still fit’s better than the bigger size. Makes no sense!”
