When I read up on the Ultimate Runner bra top it said to go up a band size. I did this last time and found it was still very tight so this time I went 2 sizes up and still found it tight. I think it would be a good idea to tell customers to maybe measure themselves before ordering.

I wasn’t able to see the back of the item online. when I received it there were two separate fastenings. I don’t have mobility in one shoulder so couldn’t get it on properly. To return it I had to pay postage which prevented me from ordering a replacement.

Great bras however far too small fittings. And only go up to 38. So a little disappointed I’m afraid to say.

I order the size of bra I would normally get from Shock Absorber, 2 bras arrived and neither of them fit, even the new bras are different fits, the quality isn't quite as good as others I have received so I'll be sending them back for a refund I'll drfinitely get from a shop next time so I can try on

The service was fine. I knew when my order would be delivered and the bras were wrapped well. Sadly they didn't fit. I used the fitting advice on the website, taking a size bigger than my bra (which is 30FF) but with the same cup size (which I suspected might be wrong). The bra chest size was tight but OK but the cup was too small and I had to send them back and pay for the postage. I've been wearing shock absorbers while running for many years and really like them however I won't buy direct anymore and would prefer a shop ty try them on. Bras are very hard to fit.

After waiting for over a year to place an order there were still sizes missing in the classic styles I needed. Hopefully they will arrive in stock soon. Thanks Catherine.

The product was fine and was delivered in a reasonable time. I was offered the option to get 10% off by signing up to the website. I got a confirmation of this but the price was not reduced. I contacted Customer Service and they said I hadn’t signed up so I forwarded the confirmation I had received but have since heard nothing further 🤷‍♀️

I love Shock Absorber running bras and having bought them previously, ordered one direct from the company. Unfortunately I ordered a size too small as the size had worn away on my current one. It seems that some of their running bras come up small, according to the website. So why not just change the size???Was disappointed to have to go to the post office and pay for the return myself. Ordered a second one from a shop where I knew returns would be easy but thankfully the second fits me.

I have been wearing shock absorber ultra run bras for more than a decade and it is disappointing that the colour range is now so limited. I'm not sure the fit is as good either as it used to be. The size I ordered is not a good fit and so I am having to return it but will not be ordering again a new size as I have to label and sort return and pay so I am out of pocket already.

I own a shock absorber bra so I ordered the same size. That didn't work - it was miles too small. So, I measured according to their instructions and ordered again but that bra is too small as well. The stock availability on the website is quite limited. So, I am going to Bravissimo where I will still be buying a shock absorber but their bra sizing info is better, they have plenty of stock and their website is easier to search.

Shock Absorber arrived this morning. Unfortunately it came up small size. I've returned. Probably best to call at a store to be properly managed.

I was disappointed. I hadn't bought a shock absorber bra for years. My current ones are still going strong. I can tell the quality isn't as good as it was & I don't think this one will last as long. Less padded too. I also received a white one when I ordered black!

Disappointed with the wire on this bra... Not very comfy. Ordered a size up as recommended but feel like the fit of this bra isn't as well designed as it could have been. Will order a different one (without underwire). Good support but not comfy for more than 30 mins wear.

Good quality products but not having free returns really let's them down. I ordered more than one bra for size, ended up sending both back but because the return wasn't free I'm afraid I have now shopped elsewhere.

I haven’t worn wireless before but they don’t seem to support like wires, early days, I need to get used to new style. Delivery was great.

Generally really like Shock Absorber sports bras, but the sizing of this ShockAbsorberx Champion range is significantly smaller than the other shock absorber bras which makes it hard to get the right size..

I know you had supply issues but it took me a year to get the only bra I needed (size, brand and COLOUR specific to my sports) so I did get a bit weary of promotions for things I didn't want. And I definitely did not appreciate an account being set up for me when I had deliberately ordered as a guest.
