Love Shock Absorber but even after going up from 34 to 36 my new bra was still incredibly tight. Unfortunately I'd already worn it once to try it. I needed another person to fasten it at the back! Lovely products but please sort out your sizing!

Ordered a sports bra and paid for next day delivery. I didn’t get next day delivery so I emailed the company and to date ( 7 days from expected delivery) I have had no response - very poor! I have returned the goods and expect a refund for the missed delivery date as well as the return They do not offer free returns so all in all for me or had been a disappointing experience and will not order from them again

You cannot check your order after you've pressed the button! I would like to have seen more detail than I ordered a shock absorber bra! I got advice from Freys who couldn't be more helpful and ordered 32DD as advised. A 34E arrived. When I contacted the company to query this..I was told I had ordered a 34DD. I'm surprised I made that error as 32DD is a few notches away and I usually take a 30E so 32 was different enough. Anyhow I have to take your word for that as there is no way to review the details post order. Had to pay to return which I accepted as I couldn't prove it wasn't my error. But won't be using the website again (for reasons above)and will go to be fitted instead. Really disappointed as I'd heard wonderful things about the shock absorber but don't want to run the risk of an "incorrect" size choice again.

I ordered the ultimate run bra padded in the my normal size to replace the two excellent bras that have seen better days. I opted for the champion (blue/red) edition because they were marked 20% off but was disappointed to find that the chest band was looser than my customary size - perhaps because it was a different type of elastic used in order to print the champion logo on it. I wore it this morning on my long run and was disappointed to come away with chafe on my chest and back after only 10 miles of running. Meaning I will have to keep this bra for shorter runs and will now have to buy another bra for long runs - an expensive disappointment from a brand that has always been my go-to for running bras.

Sizing is shocking. They say size up, but it was still incredibly tight and couldn’t have been worn to do any exercise.disappointed that I had to pay to return item. Unfortunately I will not be a returning customer

The fit of the bra was fantastic but it has already failed on one of the strap hooks which is very disappointing as it has only been worn once

Not usual shock absorber high standard, feels cheap, material is thin, not worth the money
