The sizing guide for me, is not accurate. I bought 3, wore 1 for a shift at work, fairly active. At the end of my shift I had red sores around where the bra sat, my shoulders where raw and sore.

After using the find your perfect fit guide I ordered a bra which was supposed to fit me. I was very disappointed when it arrived to find that it was too small and I had to return this item.

Nice bra but I ordered a size up and still way too small so had to send back. I did get a refund promptly though.

I love these bras and have bought many before from other websites. This is the first time I’ve ordered from shock absorber directly- and the customer service has been non existent. I’ve been trying to contact them for days, I’ve tried every contact method I can find on the website and got one response (from wonderbra) saying this was the contact for media enquiries and they couldn’t help me. I’d recommend buying from alternate stores.

I usually live shock absorber, have always worn the same one for years. I ordered a larger size this time as was needed, and sports bra wasn't true to size. It's far too small which is disappointing as it's my true size, and never had issues when ordering my true size in the past. I had no choice but to keep it and wear and sports bra over the top as I needed the support to start my exercise classes. Disappointed on this occasion.

Really disappointed as I ordered a bra without realising it was unpadded. When i’ve bought bras before being of a large chest size they have always specified if they are unpadded which this did not. As soon as I received it I sent it straight back and had to pay £7 for the return postage to guarantee my money back.

I struggle to decide on number of stars! The bras - super colours and appear to be well made. The fit - as far as I can tell - is good. However, one major flaw for me - no matter how I try - I am unable to fasten the top support. 2 x bras only for for the bin, as it’s too much hassle to return them.

Not sure what is going on with the sizes but this was way too small drspite being the same size as all of my other bras.

One bra is great, the other sadly is faulty and has a sharp back with a section of fabric that is raised, sharp and sticks into my skin. The labels have been removed for me to wear. Please can I return this to be exchanged for one that is not sharp? Many thanks

I have the same size in black which is perfect so didn’t think twice setting off for an 8 mile run. Unfortunately this bra wasn’t supportive enough and by the end of my run my chest was sore from too much bounce. It will be relegated to low impact sports from now on.

This was my usual size but didn't fit at all. Measured it against my other and it is so much smaller. I have worn this brand for years but sadly may have to change as no stock anywhere to reorder and reluctant to order direct as no free returns.

Despite going up a band size, it was still far too small and once I wrestled myself in and left me struggling to breathe. It’s a shame that there is no free and easy returns process when the sizing is so different to what you would usually expect

The size was completely wrong. I’m generally a 30f, but this sports bra didn’t even come close to being correct. From what I can gauge I think I would have to purchase a 32h, hopefully then I would be able to see if it has good support or not.

The bra is ok, but sizing not great. I measured using the guidance and it seemed ok when trying it on but not until I wore it did it become clear that although fitting well at the bottom, it is too loose at the top and the meshing doesn't offer any support. Can't return now. Very sad as not cheap

The bra itself may be good - but I looked for and couldn't find the 'how to measure' advice on the website before buying. And of course, there are no shops stocking the bras anywhere near to me. So I bought what I thought was the right size. It was only AFTER I had received the bra that they sent me an email with a youtube video and link on how to correctly measure and check the fitting of the Shock Absorber bra 'now it has arrived' With lots of advice on what would indicate the need to go up or down a size. All very lovely - till you realise they don't do exchanges, you have to buy a new one and return the badly fitting one AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE - and it may take 21 days to process the refund. Considering how much producers save by not having to pay shop rent and business rates, or pay commission to shops stocking their produce, I find the way consumers have to pay to send something back because it is unsuitable deepy unfair.

The sizing is so out of line with other bras and I had to send it back at own cost-even though I went up a size as recommended it’s still not enough!
