“I am sorry but I was very disappointed with my flask’s . It does not keep your food warm with just 1 tin of soup . I got told to fill it to the top but to do that I would need 2 tins of soup . So who can eat 2 tins so I am very disappointed.”

“I love all the bottles I’ve bought, getting quite a collection now. I have 2 of the sports bottles Blue & Aqua, of coffee cups Blue & Green & a food flask they are really well made & I’ve found it’s easier to drink more through out the day as they are 660ml I just keep filling it up so much get through at least 3-4 of these. I use the coffee cups every day for Tea/herbal Tea great size. I think I will order a Guzzler next for work!”

“we use the food cup for school lunches - perfect to keep mneals wark, no mess and easy to clean. Spork inside was a surprise and fits perfectly into the lid for easy use.”

“Very disappointed with our bottle considering the price. Purchased for my son who dropped it on the first day of use in the house from his 70cm table and the straw lid shattered. I was told this was normal accidental damage which I think is very unusual - they wouldn’t replace it but offered a small discount! I’ve had cheap £2 bottles last longer than this so I won’t be buying these again!”

“Great customer service. Ordered the wrong colour and emailed to exchange- informed turn around is up to 10 days but I explained I hoped to take it away and replacement received in 5 days ! Very happy with purchase and service.”

“Would not recommend. Mine broke within 3 weeks was not offered a replacement. Another customer with a similar issues did have hers replaced. Poor quality. Very disappointed.”

“Fantastic company and products. We had the food flask from a few years ago so knew the products were great but the new water guzzler is great for keeping water ice cold all day long on holidays and the travel cup with Straw is great for taking hot drinks on long car journeys and to work. I cannot recommend highly enough. Really great products.”

“Literally the only food flasks and cups I’ve ever bought that actually keep my food and drinks hot!! I absolutely love them! Bought one for my partner who works outdoors too so he can have a decent hot lunch and he’s amazed by how much heat they keep in”

“My 5 year daughter loves her new water bottle. Great to have the option of the straw or screw top. I paid extra to get her name engraved on it , only thing is that it's not that visible. Other than that I can't fault it.”

“I purchased the coffee travel mug it leaks everywhere when I contacted customer service they advised it was splash proof and not leak proof. When I asked if there was any different lids I could use they advised I could purchase the straw lid. Completely unusable and waste of money.”
