“I ordered a bottle for my husband's birthday, but unfortunately, he didn’t like the color. I reached out to customer service for an exchange, and I was so impressed with how friendly and polite they were! The process was incredibly easy, and they handled everything professionally. “I ordered flask for food and better if you do the hot water first, I have had one from morrisons and you don't need to do that so stays hotter but the SHO one just fine and better with sauce pot and the spork.”
