“i have now purchased 3x660ml bottles and also the 360ml pacto mug and i have got to say these keep the drinks cold for hours. we have just come back from bath and we carried our everywhere as they keep the drinks cold for so long. the mug i love because if fits under my Sage coffee machine and again keeps my coffee hot for a long time but at the same time its very light. would recommend these products”

“Apparently, I ordered the wrong drinks bottle. I was prepared to pay extra to have the item I wanted sent to me. I emailed twice just to be told I’d ordered the wrong item. All I wanted to do was pay extra to have a certain led.”

“We love the bottles, but the quality control could do with a review, we have 4 various SHO bottles/cups, and they all have faults, from split/sealed silicone parts that made the bottle impossible to drink from, and the press on lids for the cups leak. All that said customer service was quite good and replaced the split seal right away, still waiting for a reply about the others.”

“I have tried loads of different bottles in the past and nothing compares to SHO. My water stayed very cold all day even when i topped it up with room temp water and didnt leak at all. I have also ordered the food flask before. My soup stayed very hot till lunch time. The cleaning brush also great. I have ordered a few items now and i will def not order from anywhere else in the future. Brilliant company and very fast delivery. Thank you.”
