“Absolutely love my food flask and coffee cup. Keep my drinks and food warm for hours and hours. Customer service is amazing and a credit to the company. My only complaint is that after finishing my order, as a sales ploy, different items kept flashing up on screen as an add on and I accidentally pressed the button to accept but then it didn’t ask me to confirm the order and just took the money for the add in immediately from my bank. Customer service did sort this out the following day but I think this type of sales ploy is unfair.”

“The lid supplied with the fortis flask doesn't work very well. Hot drinks cool down quickly and the lid came unstuck so is difficult to use. I bought this new lid in the hope that it worked better. So far it is not any warmer but this lid is easier to use.”

“I like the concept, but be mindful if you are sensitive to the taste of metal, this is not for you. I have found both hot and cold drinks to taste metallic. I am pleased I brought it on clearance otherwise I would be very disappointed.”

“I have bought several items. So here goes on what I think. Water bottle fab, what can I say its for liquids & does the job. Pacto cups are lovely however two things, they are no good for my car which is why I bought them. We measured up for them but the base is just too wide. Personally I think they should be sold with the closeable lid, but that is just my opinion. On the plus side they will be great for keeping my wine chilled when sitting in the sunshine. The food flasks are amazing had something similar years ago so they will get a lot of use. On both the ones I have bought we cannot open the condiments section, we have tried everything including using pliers & there is no way on earth they are opening. Not a major issue but maybe need to be checked prior to sending out. Seem to be good quality, time will tell on long they last.”

“Pacto cup base is quite wide so doesn't fit in many cup holders, but overall does a great job of keeping drinks hot! The other bottle I got is a bit small but great quality.”
