“Really like the style and size of the sho pacto. Unfortunately disappointed with the performance. This doesn't keep my morning coffee warm for very long at all - needs to be drank within 30 minutes to be warm. I had a cheap one from a popular budget supermarket that was much better performance and kept my drink warm at work for hours! Overall - wouldn't buy again disappointingly”

“I've purchased a selection of water bottles and cups, along with food flasks. All I've bought have been fabulous ,so much so I've bought lots for gifts at christmas. I've had lots of happy friends all thanking me for them ,saying how useful they are . Hot drinks and food stays hot for hours and the water bottles also keep cold drinks icy. I would recommend anyone to buy these.”

“Bought the cup for hot drinks and it’s useless. Massive design flaw where your nose blocks the air hole so it isn’t smooth drinking experience. Contacted support who weren’t interested but admitted they knew there was an issue. Love their water bottles but will take my business elsewhere now”

“I have 4 bottles from SHO and we love them all! I don’t leave home without my 1.9L guzzler ordered the 950ml to take on holiday with me and the kids one each they love the patterns on them keeps the drinks cold which is perfect nothing worse then warm water”
