“I purchased 3 Pacto cups for us, the first one we used is faulty and the lid comes off. I’m trying to return it but the customer service is very difficult to deal with wanting videos of the liquid leaking out the cup, asking exactly what temperature I have the liquid at. I just wanted to have a good quality working flasks to have a hot drink and this has been going on for nearly a week with various questions to delay things. Even resorted to celotape the lid on so it wouldn’t pop off.”

“I bought my husband a sho cup for his coffee on his way to work but today was the first time he used it and he's not impressed at all. Firstly it doesn't fit any of the cup holders in his van also it leaks! Coffee came out of the little hole on the top which I think is very bad design! I also bought one for myself but haven't used it yet so think I'll be returning it for a refund. All in all not a good buy at all.”

“I am still yet to receive my order after over a week now (delivery said 2-4 days) !!! Absolutely ridiculous, when written to the company they have not replied each time. it really is ridiculous and i’m sick or company’s like this taking advantage of customers. WOULD PUT A ZERO IF I COULD.”
