“Purchased the food flask and pacto. Design lovely and size wise great but I’m disappointed with the fact that I expected my food to be piping hot after preparing and eating oh my food within 4 hours but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case. I’ve filled with boiling water for 10 mins prior to filling and then filling to almost the brim with food but the food is just lukewarm when I’ve come to eat it. I’ve used it twice since receiving it last week. Maybe it’s better for just soups but with the advertising I’ve seen on the items it’s supposed to be excellent for all food types.”

“I got this food flask as I work 12 hr shifts followed the instructions to pre heat with boiling water of 15 minutes when I went to have my lunch it was stone cold very disappointed”
