“The Calix is an utter waste of time and falsely advertized. Customer services have fobbed off my wife after the lid lifted and she burnt herself. The cup is not designed for tea or coffee and has a hidden disclaimer saying you can only use water to a maximum of 60 degrees, making it not fit for purpose!! It has a design flaw and customer services will just for you off.......so much for the advertized lifetime guarantee........do not buy this product!!”

“These products are fantastic. We have had several bottles, a cup and the food flasks. Every single peoflsuct is perfect. They do not leak, they keep your food or drink hot... very hot for the time it says, they keep you drinks cold too. There are different lid options and the range of clouds and patterns just keep getting better. I have bought supermarket bottles, Stanley and Yeti products and I still keep coming back to these! Even when dropped constantly during the school day they still work! A few dents and scrapes do not stop the quality of these products!”

“The product does what it says it should do. However after just one round of golf, the finish has started to mark very badly after being in my plastic golf cart bottle holder. Extremely disappointed with this as you can see from the attached pictures. The cup is brand new but looks like I’ve had it for years. This should be 5 stars but due to the damage to the finish after only being inserted into a plastic drinks bottle holder, I had to knock it down to 3 sorry”

“Amazing bottles! I only use these nowadays. The kids love them as well. Love a bit of lukewarm water and it stays warm till the end of day. I am actually gifting sho bottles to people nowadays as seriously they are soo worth it!”

“This review covers al their products as I have a fair few. Easy to clean, keeps food either super warm or nice and chill :) exactly what it says on the tin. I won’t go back to any other brands now. Only downside is people keep stealing my flasks at work 😱”
