“I have bought few SHO products over the years, either for my own or for gifts, and I am happy with the purchases. My last acquisition was a Calix with the sliding lid. The only thing is that it won’t keep my coffee warm as long as the metal lid did, but it stops from splashing on my bag.”

“Amazing product, quick service and fantastic follow up , I use several of these products all of them brilliant, I make tea in my flask at 8am and it’s still hot at 5.30 pm and I just love the new guzzler that I have it’s comfortable to carry , doesn’t leak in my bag and stays cold all day too . So happy with all my bottles .”

“Another lovely design added to our collection. What can I say: "My son just loves it". It's the colour, design and practicality, he has got three so far. We will definitely be taking it on our next holiday, we always do. My son takes it to school too. These bottles have been abroad and anywhere we set off anywhere in UK. Keep the drinks nice and cold for hour, even in the heat.”

“Lovely food Flasks. Easy to clean the various elements. Keeps food hot all day if you need, it's great for my office days so I dobt have ho doend time reheating food.”

“Quality products. I have 2 sizes of flask and wider version for food. All keep drinks/food hot for the whole day unlike other brands. I've recommended to all my friends.”

“Excellent products. I’ve bought all sorts of products from sho from the bottles, to food flask to the accessories like the brushes. I’ve converted my whole family to sho products and they all love them too. The products all live up to their descriptions and keep things cold or hot from a min of 12 hours, even for days. I’d highly recommend both the products and seller”

“Didn't get to use it as it smelled, so I washed it in the hope the smell would go, it didn't do I sent it back. Now they won't refund me, offered me credit but I don't want anything from the site, told them I would go to trading standards and they put the credit on my account anyway!!!! Poor customer service.”

“I would like to say Katie in customer support has been really helpful. When there was a problem with my order I contacted customer support and got a very quick responce, and my problem was dealt with straight away. I have a few of the products on offer and they are all amazing. I have recommended them to all my friends and family. Great products at a great price.”
