“Very disappointed. Unless it's filled to the absolute brim, my food ends up lukewarm. (A standard tin of soup won't fill it). I even preheated it for an hour before filling, and did all the tinfoil nonsense they suggest on their Facebook page. I informed them after the first use, only to be told no refund if its been used. Unless you're happy to send it back for 'testing' which will be completely subjective, and probably have it returned to you. How does the customer 'prove' there's a fault? No protection for the Consumer if you're unhappy with it - be very aware before buying!! I'm having to put this one down to experience.”

“Love our Calix cups, keep water so cold ! only 4 ⭐️ because first arrived quickly , 2nd was very slow !! I believe the order was lost somehow as when queried they then said despatched and arrived in 48 hrs”
