“I have various SHO products, I absolutely love them and even my family love them, I use my pacto & guzzler in the house, my sports & water bottles for work and my absolute favourite white leopard calix for on the go, Please Please SHO can you do the pacto in the leopard design? Im addicted”

“I absolutely love my SHO. So much so that I bought my family and friends as gifts for christmas/birthday's and they love theirs, too. Being an NHS worker I need something that will keep my hot drink hot for a good part of the day and my water cool. I personally have six products for work/home. Highly recommend, in fact I have to co-workers. Thank you for an excellent product.”

“Very disappointed. Unless it's filled to the absolute brim, my food ends up lukewarm. (A standard tin of soup won't fill it). I even preheated it for an hour before filling, and did all the tinfoil nonsense they suggest on their Facebook page. I informed them after the first use, only to be told no refund if its been used. Unless you're happy to send it back for 'testing' which will be completely subjective, and probably have it returned to you. How does the customer 'prove' there's a fault? No protection for the Consumer if you're unhappy with it - be very aware before buying!! I'm having to put this one down to experience.”
