“Adequate. The bottle I bought is just ok - the discounted price makes it worth it but I wouldn’t buy the same bottle at full price. There’s still a metallic taste after several uses and washes and I’m not convinced in its thermal properties as cool water from the tap doesn’t hold its temperature for long. What’s tainted it for me is, in a world with fast delivery services out there, this was woefully slow. I’ll give another company a go next time.”

“Beautifully packaged and presented. Great customer service after Royal Mail held it for a week. Great quality and lovely colours. Took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer and am well stocked for the school year to keep my drinks hot with the calix's or cold with the Guzzler on busy days in the classroom. Recommend 100%”

“I started off by buying the sport flask first but it wasn’t quite enough to last me all day,so i decided to get the Guzzler which is perfect now i take them fishing they are more than enough to last me all day.I would highly recommend these to anyone 10/10”

“Bought the guzzlers and sports bottles. Both are brilliant. We have to travel a long way for hospital appointments so having a guzzler each and a sports bottle each has been ideal. Love that they keep our drinks cold. Would definitely recommend both. We have quite a few Sho products much all the family tend to take away with them”

“Love the style of the bottle and how it looks however no matter how much it’s been washed there is a really strong taste of metal to the point I haven’t been able to use the bottle.”

“I loved the bottles, specially the engraved one for my child. However, we only received two of the three bottles we ordered :-( I am afraid this might not be the best place to bring this to your attention but I wasn't sure how else to get in touch.”

“Second guzzler bought & this one is faulty. It’s near impossible to suck through the silly plastic straw as there seems to be some kind of blockage/issues with suction. I emailed Sho, got a reply after 3 days just asking me if I’d checked the bottle for any obvious faults, or course I did! That’s it, no further communication or resolution from Sho. Before this, I had was sent a faulty halos that continuously leaked and lid was not sitting flush, they sent me a replacement lid and silicone rim for lid. Still leaking and not closing properly. I disposed of in the end as it was not fit for purpose. There was no offer of return and refund on their faulty goods whatsoever. The customer service is very poor also. I was a big fan/customer of Sho but recently, both the quality & price is both as dreadful as each other, will be taking my custom elsewhere from now on.”

“I bought 3 bottles which I love. They keep things really cold for many hours which is great when we are out and about. What lets the company down is the customer service. I ordered on a Saturday with fast delivery (2-3 days). They do state items will be dispatched within 1-2 days of the order which I would assume is to take into account weekends. I contacted them on the Wednesday as I hadn't had a dispatch notification to say please cancel order if not already dispatched as they wouldn't get here in time for us going away. This was ignored but I did receive a dispatch notification within the hour. Sadly the bottles hadn't arrived in time for us going on holiday but we're here when we got back.”

“Bought the new 950ml guzzler flask with straw in cream leopard print and just love it! It really has been a godsend in these hot weather days recently, in making sure water remains cold and plenty to rehydrate you. As always a top quality product from SHO! Would definitely recommend x”
