“What a beautiful product !!! I can't stop looking at it which is difficult because I also have my water bottle to look at !!!! I would buy more but there is a limit to how many meals I can eat out of a food flask in a day !!! Great customer service, a problem politely sorted straight away, amazing packaging too. An absolutely great company to deal with, I can't praise them enough. Very many thanks SHO.”

“Bought a collection of items, water bottle, food flask, flexi and pacto they are brilliant and have made my life easy with work food and drinks. They are easy to wash, fill and keep things warm. Ordering, delivery, packaging and communication was great from start to finish, would recommend”

“So I initially ordered a coffee travel cup in the wrong colour on the website. I immediately contacted customer services to raise this and they changed it without any fuss. The colour I went with is so beautiful. The product feels sturdy, secure and is certainly leak proof. This is a product I stand by and would highly recommend to anyone that asks! Even if they don’t ask, I’ll happily brag about it and inform people about SHO’s products. I’d been looking for a reliable coffee mug for a while and I’m so glad to have finally found one with SHO. Another thing I love about this product is the fact that the outside remains cool to touch, despite the hot coffee that is within the cup. And my coffee stays hot in throughout my long car journeys into work, which is just amazing.”

“Pleasantly surprised. My daughter was desperate for a thermos to take to school and Sho ads kept popping up on my insta, so I decided to purchase. So glad that I did. Excellent range of colours, which made it really difficult to pick! The thermos is quality, sturdy, has a folding fork/spoon and very robust. Brilliant customer service, with follow up email giving cleaning instructions and recipe suggestions. Smooth delivery. We now have 3 of them as we loved the first one so much. Would highly recommend.”

“So far i have ordered twice, one food flask and a calix mug, and a small mug, I love them all. From the pretty designs and a plain mug so that my husband will use them as well. He jokes I would buy the whole lot if I had chance.”
