“I bought SHO lunch box, water bottle and food contaniner flax for my daughter. first of all the designe is amazing! The quality is superb,as well as the packaging! It came with a beautiful box for each item,I actually used the box as a penceil holder, which makes it easy for storage. I am very pleased with my purchase and highly recommend it to anyone. “I don't know why but I trusted the opinions that your thermoses are really good and I was disappointed because they don't keep the heat, the food gets cold very quickly, unfortunately I unnecessarily ordered 4 of them for the whole family and we tried them all and unfortunately we were disappointed I would gladly give them back to you”

“Have bought a few various things from SHO including the 2.0 bottle and matching straws, food flasks, and Calix bothas a gift and for myself. When there have been problems their customer service has been great and resolved issues/queries quickly with good communication and sending replacement parts if needed etc.”
