“Haven’t got product yet because accidentally ordered to a friends address. Noticed immediately, emailed Sho, nothing back and delivered the parcel to my friend. Nothing to do with product but customer service availability/access could improve when you make silly mistakes like me. Have a water bottle from years ago from them and love it so I’m sure I’ll love this new one too when I get it from my friend.”

“I absolutely love the sho range and the new travel cup is fabulous keeps my coffee hot for a good 8 hrs but it is too big for my cup holder on my car so I have to make my drink at work .. that is the only complaint I have”

“Love the design of my food flask. Doesn’t keep my food as warm as I’d hoped. I’ve used it for soup and pop it in at 7am piping hot. By 1pm it is Luke warm at best. Used it for coffee over the weekend and that was better.”

“Bought a drinks bottle for myself, and a food flask for my daughter for Christmas. I'm impressed by the quality and love that my water stays nice and cold. My daughter has yet to use her Christmas present, but I'm sure she will love it.”
