“Working on ambulance, my water bottle gets chucked around and dropped on regular occasions - happy to say it is lasting well, no dents or damage and water is keeping cool throughout my 10hr shift ☺️”

“The main advantage of the SHO bottle is that it is available in a smaller capacity so useful if you only want to carry a small bag or less weight than a full 500ml bottle. Good customer service.”

“They do not even deserve one star — I’m only giving one because Trustpilot requires it. I purchased the SHO Newt bottle and immediately had issues with the straw lid — it’s extremely difficult to draw water through, and the bottle leaks with carbonated drinks. I contacted customer service requesting a replacement lid, but instead of helping, they first sent me a video on how to assemble the lid and asked whether I had put it together properly. They then repeatedly asked for a video of me assembling it, which felt unnecessary and quite patronising. It is not rocket science to put the lid together. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I cannot recommend this product or the customer service. I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before buying, as it seems many other customers have had a similar experience with them refusing to act on faulty items.”

“Love my sho bottles, have several ones now, they are very light to hold, they don't leak. Been very pleased with them, also got the kids bottles for my grandson they are the only bottles he will drink out off. Easy to order from and delivery is quick also price is very reasonable .”

“I bought a Guzzler and was so impressed that I bought a Newt and a food flask. All brilliant quality and well thought out. I'd now like a shorter fully leakproof coffee cup that fits nicely in my car cup holders. The current ones are too tall or dont fit.”

“I am a frequent customer now. I have 2 guzzlers myself for work..they are ideal as a busy nurse on the hot wards. If I put ice in them at 5am..there is still ice in there at 8pm!! Perfect for keeping my drinks cold all day! Now my son at college has one, my daughter at primary school and my husband has just asked for one too.. they are our favourites! Going to treat myself to a coffee calix cup next! Can't recommend you enough! Xx”

“Item arrived well packed. Instruction leaflet inside, also QR code to link to youtube video showing how to disassemble/assemble product for washing. Took me a little while to remember how the small gasket went in but can now do it. Keeps drinks cold for hours (haven't done hot or fizzy yet), very pleased with my purchase.”
