“Not as great as other bottles Calix didn't keep hot drink warm for long and lid not very secure”

“Beautifully made drinks bottles, cups & canisters in a medley of stunning colours & at affordable prices. I went a little mad over the festive period & have ordered more items which the family love. The hot food flask was a great choice for my daughter at uni so she could take hot food for lunch & the hidden compartment for sauces is a great idea. Would highly recommend.”

“I have still not received this product and it has been 3 weeks since ordering. I have been in touch with customer services who are not interested and keep telling me it will arrive. Poor service would not recommend”

“This has been an extremely poor and unacceptable experience. I received a bottle with a broken lid, which clearly indicates a defective product delivered by your company. When I contacted customer support, instead of offering an appropriate resolution such as a refund or compensation, I was merely told that a replacement lid would be sent. Supplying damaged goods and then refusing to provide proper compensation is a violation of basic consumer rights and reflects a serious lack of responsibility and professionalism. Customers are entitled to receive products in proper condition, and shifting the burden onto the customer is not acceptable business practice. This level of service is disappointing and raises concerns about your quality control and customer care standards. I will not be purchasing from your company again and will strongly advise others against doing so.”

“I bought a calix cup for commuting. Although the graphic design on the cup is lovely, the size and price are good. The is a considerable design flaw. The lid should be a screw lid, the cup leaks and the lid is not secure which is not safe if you’re carrying hot liquids. The lip of the sippy-lid is quite thick and you get residual fluid around the lid it’s rather messy.”

“Only worked for 3 hours when food is scalding before being put in. Waste of time in morning and not worth the money. Very disappointing, especially as you cannot return once used, interesting considering it’s not advertised correctly/fit for purpose.”
