“The bottle is made in good quality material, it is sturdy and beautiful. It comes with two lids but we found the straw one is awkward to use and leaks. The other lid is fine.”

“The delivery and customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Delivery stated 48 hours took over 5 days and unable to contact customer service at all and when I did just got standard response. Ended up having to leave bottle at home as didn’t get delivered in time and it was a present for someone very disappointed”
