“Had a telephone call from Sam Lee, today on a follow up to my enquiries regarding Children's Tax Exempt Savings Plans. What a pleasure to receive fantastic customer service. Sam was extremely helpful & friendly & took time to explain our options. A financial adviser recommended this society and I am pleased he did.”

“I am making an ISA transfer to Sheffield Mutual and have had exemplary customer service from Jena and Beverley in that team. They have progressed thoroughly and telephoned me to confirm receipt of documents and funds. This level of service is rarely, if ever, found elsewhere in my opinion and is most refreshing.”

“Called today to open a child tax exempt savings plan. Having dealt with other institutions, I was convinced that it would be a laborious experience. How different it was dealing with Sheffield Mutual Society. Emily was efficient, polite and patient. All was dealt with within ten minutes. All my questions were answered calmly and with a glimpse of the knowledge held about the product. A pleasant and rewarding experience.”

“I am a returning client having invested for my grandchild and now for myself and also have used the 'refer a friend' scheme to recommend a family member, and the gift cards for doing this are a nice bonus. Each time the on phone experience has been great and very informative, and the follow up paperwork comprehensive. Just now waiting on being able to access all investments on line, which I gather they are working towards. Highly recommend them!”

“I'm a returning customer after being impressed last time, however my expectations were exceeded which I didn't think was possible due to the excellent service I had received. The process was very quick but also very professional. This was due to everything being very clear & easy to understand but also very informative allowing me to make the best choice that suits my budget & aspirations. Quality from start to finish in every aspect of me making my investments, have no problem recommending Sheffield Mutual Friendly Society”

“Have always felt a loyalty to Sheffield Mutual and over the years have taken a personal interest in how they go about their business. They are a small team that drive quality and services are not faceless like many institutions. Emily the advisor was well informed and took time to explain my potential choices following maturity. I would love to continue with Sheffield Mutual and I will look at the best way to do that. I always tell my friends to look into choosing you. It is encouraging to know that you care. “I found both Lauren and Megan very helpful when I called. Lauren explained how my investment bond worked and that I would need to close it to withdraw money. After dealing with my query she then passed me to Megan who talked me through the other products that Sheffield mutual had and explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner no jargon. Very pleased with the service I received today.”
