“I wanted to apply for an ISA product, and initially sent the society an email about it. The email was answered very promptly by Emily. The following day Emily called me, as I had requested, and took me through the application process over the phone. It was very efficiently handled, and everything was dealt with to my satisfaction. I was very impressed. Customer service at Sheffield Mutual is first class.”

“Been with SM for eight years. They have superb staff and offer fair rates. Every time I have dealt with them, I have only praise for their courtesy and knowledge! Recently dealt with Lauren who was so helpful with my emails and phone call? I was able to carry out a transaction quickly and easily. Thank you Lauren.
