“My enquiry this morning was dealt with in the most friendly, efficient and professional manner. All the information was given in a straightforward way and I received a follow-up call very shortly afterwards to explain a slight complication in setting up the product I was interested in. I very much like the fact that I'm dealing with a local company who have a stated intention to invest in an ethical way and who are very accessible by telephone.”

“Curtis is fantastic to deal with, ive took out 4 policys to pay for my Cryonic preservation. Im helping my friend deal with his wifes policy as she recently passed away. After looking at the endowment pay outs there are among the very best in this sector. They also offer a service second to none. Regards Stephen.”

“Dealt with Curtis and he answer my questions and also gave me some background to these questions. I felt happy with what he told me and I will be invested more with SMFS later in the year.The returns have been great. Your team gives excellent customer service. Alistair”

“Fabulous staff, great investment products, but the website is so confusing.....definitely needs for user friendly terms - searched for 'Optical Claim form' - took me 29 minutes to find it :(”

“Each time I've contacted Sheffield Mutual, either by telephone or on their website I've found everything I wanted without a problem. The lady on the telephone was most helpful and knowledgeable and the website I found easy to navigate.”

“May I thank Curtis for engaging with me on esoteric financial questions. It proves deep training and supposed staff staying for a good number of years with SM. Hope that bonus structure rewards them as they make all the difference. May I thank Curtis again for supporting me whilst I tried to make a new payment. It made all the difference between me pursuing my goal and giving up!!! I was only sorry that my bank was unaware of your friendly society. Nothing too much trouble - miles away from robotic responses elsewhere. May I suggest an annual lottery with small prices for clients who stay beyond 5 years, then 10 years etc..compete with NSAnd I! Lots of other ideas available here to support those who are in financial need.”
